Your Design Consultation
We schedule a 30-minute call with our Creative Director. This is a listening session, not a sales call. We want to understand your vision so completely that we could describe your dream dress to a designer without you in the room. Your wedding setting, your personal style, your silhouette preferences, your non-negotiables, we cover everything.

Your Proposal
We match you with the right designer from our global network, the artisan whose aesthetic and skill set is the best match for your specific vision. We send you a detailed proposal including a preliminary sketch, fabric direction, price, and production timeline. You approve every detail before a single dollar is committed.
Your Gown is Made
Once you approve the proposal and submit your deposit, production begins. Your designer sends progress photos at key milestones along the way. You are never left wondering. You watch your dress being built in real time.
Delivered to Your Door
Your gown travels to you, tracked, insured, and ready for the most important day of your life.
